In addition to his successful investing career, Kevin has operated a number of successful Real Estate brokerages, consulted for a number of successful real estate investment firms, has been a Real Estate and Real Estate Investing educator, has authored a number of educational programs and books, is a sought after speaker and has hosted the Real Estate Radio show since 1998.
In 2020, Kevin joined forces with friend, fellow investor, educator and author Bill Barnett and started the Investor Guys Podcast, a bi-weekly video podcast on the topic of real estate investing.
